Travel in Style
The E-Class certainly is a prestige vehicle, as we all an ideal choice for the taxi driver. Ergonomically formed, the seats in the E-Class offer the ultimate in comfort, support and protection.
In the front, the seat cushion, height and backrest are electrically adjustable, while the driver’s seat also includes a manual lumbar support. For increased protection in the event of an accident, the Neck-Pro active head restraint system is now also fitted as standard.
You can also upgrade to a multitude of choices including heated or memory seats and the full luxury option which includes seat ventilation, electric heating and the luxury head restraint system also found in the new S-Class. Or customize your interior with the designer range of leather and wood options.
The instantly recognisable E-Class now exudes even more confidence, thanks to the more prominent radiator grille and front bumper with integrated oval fog lamps, framed on either side by the intricate and innovative clear lens headlamps.
A touch of Avantgarde style has also been added as standard across the range by a new rear bumper design and matching side-skirts. While the completely redesigned single-strut exterior mirrors help reduce wind noise and the build up of dirt.
To further compliment the character of the new generation E-Class, a new range of standard and optional alloy wheels is also now available.
For diesel power, choose between the second generation 4 cylinder and record-breaking V6 diesel engines. Both are quiet, economical and full of torque.
Rarely has it been possible to enjoy motor-racing technology in such a refined manner.
Cab Direct Managing Director Paul Nelson commented: “We’re delighted that Winston has had such a good experience with his Mercedes-Benz E220. Our exciting range of prestige vehicles are extremely popular throughout the UK with drivers who want to take their taxi business to the next level.
