Most taxi drivers would agree that there are times when running a taxi business ends up involving the whole family. Swift Taxis, however, went one step further when THREE members of the same family all bought Peugeot E7 taxis from Cab Direct, the UK’s leading taxi supplier.

“We’ve all been delighted with our new E7s,” said Terry. “Our customers have given us really good comments about it as well.”
The family had previously been the careful owners of “Bertha”, a ten-year old Metrocab and, as regular service customers of their local agent, discovered Cab Direct’s Taxi Superstore just across the road.
“We quickly realised the benefits of having new purpose-built taxis,” explained Terry.
“We were suffering from high maintenance costs with Bertha, as well as a Fiat Scudo taxi we had purchased and we have been particularly impressed by the reduction in running and service costs that the E7 offers.”
Terry was the first to purchase his E7, with Paul soon to follow. Eventually, the trio realised that their purchase would not be complete without another vehicle, so Tracey soon had an E7 all to herself – and business has been booming ever since. The vehicle has gone down especially well with elderly and infirm passengers, who welcome the E7’s disability features.
