A Message to Our Customers

In line with our social responsibility and following government advice, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our main onsite operations from Tuesday 24th March until further notice.

While we have done everything we can to continue to operate fully, the health and safety of our customers, colleagues and the wider community is our top priority.

What does this mean for you?

Although we are currently unable to offer our normal vehicle demonstration service, we will have a core team of dedicated taxi sales specialists working from home and are still available to help with any queries you may have. For sales enquiries please email or call the number at the top of this page.

Our customer service team will also be on hand should you have any queries about your existing vehicle. To contact this team, please, email or call 0800 587 9635.

Please note that if you are looking for information regarding vehicle payment holidays from your financial lender, we would advise that you contact your respective finance company directly to discuss this.

We hope you can understand the reasons underpinning this decision, as we try to mitigate risk by supporting the nationwide response and seek to avoid all unnecessary personal contact. Please note, we intend to continue to supply after-sales support for emergency service vehicles.

We very much look forward to resuming normal services again as soon as circumstances permit. In the meantime, please do take care of yourself and your family.
